From Application to Acceptance: GVMUN & HCGCC : Deepti Krishna
Exciting Updates: HCGCC & GVMUN
I’m excited to share a milestone in my journey. Recently, I was accepted into Global Virtual Model United Nations (GVMUN) and successfully registered for the Harvard Crimson Global Case Competition (HCGCC).
These opportunities mean a lot to me because they connect directly to my interests in global issues and problem solving. GVMUN allows me to practice diplomacy, international relations, and leadership by stepping into the shoes of world leaders. HCGCC, on the other hand, is a chance to explore real-world business challenges alongside brilliant students worldwide. When I first looked into HCGCC, the registration fee felt like a roadblock. I took the step to reach out to their team, and although free registrations aren’t normally given, they kindly shared a code that allowed me to participate without cost. I’m grateful for this gesture because it reminds me that asking for help isn’t weakness,it can actually open doors.
If you’re interested, here’s where you can apply:
👉 GVMUN
👉 HCGCC
Both are open to high school students worldwide. If you’ve been curious about international competitions, these are a great way to challenge yourself and grow.
I want to thank everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Every small step adds up, and I’m excited to see where these experiences take me.
